2: "What type of jewelry does SHELOOK offer?"
We offer a wide range of 925 sterling silver jewelry including earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, bangles, and ethnic sets—perfect for daily wear, office looks, casual outings, or special occasions.
2: "Are SHELOOK products certified?"
Yes, all our silver jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver and comes with proper certification of purity and authenticity.
4 : "What is your return policy?"
The product must be unused, undamaged, and have the tag intact.
The product will undergo Quality Check (QC) before being approved for return.
A store credit will be issued after return approval. No cash refunds.
5: “What is your exchange policy?”
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase.
The returned item must pass QC.
The exchange value must be equal to or greater than the original product value (difference to be paid if any).
No exchange for customised products.
6: “Do you offer a plating service?”
One service per year per product.
Customers must bear courier charges for sending/receiving the product.
The service is subject to QC approval before re-plating
7: “What happens if I receive a damaged or defective product?”
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share videos of unboxing for verification.
We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost, subject to inspection
8 : “Can I cancel my order after placing it?”
If the product has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and process a refund.
If the product is already dispatched, the item will move to the RTO (Return to Origin) bucket, and the invoice will be canceled upon return. Courier charges will not be refunded.
9 : “How do I track my order?”
You’ll receive automated tracking updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order status from your account dashboard on our website.
10 : “Do you have a loyalty program?”
Earn 1 point for every ₹1 spent.
100 point = Rs. 5/-
Points can be redeemed anytime during checkout.
No cap or expiry on points.
11 : “How do you handle warranty and servicing?”
Free re-plating service for 3 years (1 per year).
Quality assurance and support for any manufacturing defects.
No warranty on breakage due to mishandling or wear-and-tear over time.
