We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframe; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. SHELOOK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners or force majeure events.

6. WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues such as:

Loose stones
Broken clasps
Faulty locks or chains

Warranty Exclusions:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, discoloration, etc.).
Loss of jewelry items.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may have already been processed.

8. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your SHELOOK purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following options:

Returns: You can return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Non-returnable items:

Custom-made or personalized jewelry
Items damaged due to misuse or accidents

9. LIFETIME PLATING SERVICE

We offer a lifetime replating service to ensure your jewelry maintains its shine.

Service Detail:

We offer a free plating service for three years from the date of purchase. Customers can avail of this service once per year during this period. Please note that courier charges will apply for the plating service. To request plating service, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
